Golden Horizon Hotel Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Golden Horizon Hotel. By making a reservation and staying with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Golden Horizon Hotel. To secure a booking, a valid credit card is required at the time of reservation. Full payment for the stay will be charged upon check-in.

2. Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in will incur a charge of one night's stay. In case of a no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time is from 3:00 PM. Check-out time is by 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Room Occupancy

The maximum occupancy per room is specified at the time of booking. Extra beds or cots are available upon request and subject to availability and additional charges.

5. Payment

We accept all major credit cards and cash payments. Guests are required to settle all outstanding charges upon check-out. Any damages or missing items will be charged to the guest’s account.

6. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave in a respectful and orderly manner. Any form of harassment, illegal activities, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate eviction without refund.

7. Liability

Golden Horizon Hotel is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. Guests are advised to use the in-room safes provided. The hotel is also not liable for any injuries sustained on the premises, except in cases of gross negligence.
